Signing that a board member can actually complete
Members open a link, read the document, and sign by typing their name. Board Manager records the signed name, the timestamp, and the originating IP address. No account, no app, no PDF to print and scan at the office.

Reminders without the awkward email
Each month, the members who have not signed get one reminder listing what they still owe, and only they get it. The chair does not have to send a board-wide message that nags the people who already complied, and can switch the reminders off.

Where a disclosure asks members to list affiliations or related-party interests, add fields to the document so the answers arrive with the signature rather than in a separate attachment.
Common questions
Is a typed signature legally binding?
Board Manager records a typed name, timestamp, and IP address, which is the same electronic signature model most nonprofits already accept for internal policy acknowledgements. For documents where your counsel requires a specific standard, check with them first — we would rather you ask than assume.
Can we see previous years' disclosures?
Yes. Signatures are recorded per year and prior periods stay on the member's record, which is what you need when an auditor asks for a history.
