Terms of Use – Board Manager

Board Manager is operated by Upspire Studio, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") as part of our suite of web applications. By accessing or using Board Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use. The full terms governing all Upspire Studio applications are available at upspire.studio/legal.html. The key provisions are summarized below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with inaccurate information or that pose a security risk.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Board Manager to:

Engage in unlawful activity
Conduct automated data collection without permission
Perform unauthorized security testing
Upload malware or malicious code
Impersonate other people or organizations
Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Develop competing products using our service

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Upspire Studio, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for delivering and improving the service.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Disclaimer and Liability Limits

Board Manager is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Washington state under American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions are excluded.
